📋 Description

• Further develop and optimize internal tools and processes • Develop and integrate APIs and interfaces with external systems • Support the team with technical challenges and automation initiatives • Contribute to the development of the planned customer portal • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes • Independently deliver projects in close coordination with the team

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on mentality: You take initiative and implement pragmatic solutions quickly. • Agile mindset: You work in a solution-oriented and efficient manner without unnecessary complexity. • At least 2–3 years of experience with Python/Django. • Proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB. • Knowledge of Make.com and Zapier. • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and ideally Kubernetes. • Basic experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. • Proficiency in Git and Clean Code principles. • Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, Close.io, Airtable, DailFire, and Google Sheets. • Ability to quickly become familiar with new tools and systems. • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills and ability to document work results. • Fluent German, both written and spoken. • Experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as Bubble or Retool is a plus. • Knowledge of web app or dashboard development is a plus.
