📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with customers and learn how they work and what they want to achieve. • Plan and guide new customers through implementation, onboarding, and training. • Support existing customers by answering questions, highlighting new features, and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews. • Contribute to customer support systems, including in-product guides, webinars, and the Help Center. • Collaborate with other departments to bring customer feedback into the product roadmap and strategy. • Identify expansion and referral opportunities and develop creative ways to pursue them. • Track customer success metrics including churn, time to first value, and net promoter score. • Experiment with new strategies, tools, and AI to help customers work more efficiently. • Keep the company value of Delighting Customers central to the work.

🎯 Requirements

• Direct experience working with customers or clients. • Experience in a startup, entrepreneurial, or build-it-yourself environment. • Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity. • Self-starter driven by goals rather than tasks. • Strategic and creative thinking. • Strong relationship-building skills. • Experience using AI and automation tools; curiosity about technology and willingness to experiment. • Love of learning and helping others learn. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work US business hours, primarily Pacific Time, with flexibility to support Pacific, Mountain, and Central Time customers. • Must be based outside of the United States.
