📋 Description

• Provide functional and technical support for the Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS) platform • Analyze business requirements and use engineering expertise and AI-assisted tools to design efficient, scalable solutions • Configure NLS modules, including workflows, personalization, and custom functionality • Design and implement loan templates, user-defined fields (UDFs), and business rule logic • Develop, test, and deploy enhancements using AI-assisted development tools • Troubleshoot system issues, using data analysis and intelligent tooling to identify root causes and drive resolution • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business solutions and improve processes • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and agile ceremonies • Optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to enhance system performance and reporting capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field • 7+ years of experience working with Nortridge Loan Servicing (NLS) • Strong development experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and T-SQL • Experience with Visual Studio 2022 or later and Microsoft web-based development tools • Solid foundation in object-oriented programming • Experience with VBScript and JavaScript • Familiarity with RESTful web services and microservices architecture • Ability to translate business requirements into technical design and scalable solutions • Strong SQL skills and understanding of database structures • Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities • Experience leading technical initiatives and delivering end-to-end solutions • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs to stakeholders • Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, and solution design • Ability to thoughtfully incorporate AI into development workflows while maintaining strong engineering standards and governance • Curiosity, adaptability, and openness to learning as roles and workflows evolve
