📋 Description

• Build planning and execution systems for safe, multi-step infrastructure operations across AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and more • Design tool interfaces that give the agent semantic understanding of cloud resources and access to engineering workflows • Develop context systems for understanding customers’ infrastructure patterns and usage • Create feedback loops and self-correction mechanisms for reliable autonomous operation • Build evaluation frameworks for migrations, compliance, cost optimization, diagnostics, and other capabilities • Work on the web interface for task assignment, progress visibility, and approval workflows • Integrate Neo’s capabilities into Pulumi’s MCP Server for agent-to-agent workflows • Collaborate with platform teams to integrate agent capabilities into the CLI, SDKs, and Pulumi Cloud

🎯 Requirements

• Production experience building systems using LLMs, including skill design, tool use, function calling, and multi-step orchestration • Comfort across agent orchestration, backend services, and frontend interfaces • Production-grade Go; working proficiency in Python and TypeScript • Ability to work with new environments quickly • Product mindset focused on user needs • Clear communication and ability to work with a distributed team • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) or infrastructure-as-code tools • Background building developer tools, CLIs, or platform engineering systems • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker • Experience building evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for AI systems • Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, MCP, or retrieval-augmented generation
