📋 Description

• Provide multi-hour software demonstrations and training to employees, prospects, and existing customers, both on-site and off-site • Set up, configure, and maintain demonstration databases • Research and analyze prospective customer needs and state requirements to tailor product conversations and demonstrations • Consult with C-level, director-level, and end-user staff to drive needs analysis and answer product, technical, and process questions • Support the sales process through trade shows and other marketing efforts as needed • Develop and regularly update internal, external, and client-specific demonstration materials • Participate in customer user groups and product advisory boards as a technical expert and Product SME • Liaise with help desk, product, projects, quality assurance/testing, and implementation services departments • Align sales demonstration and implementation objectives with product evolution and customer needs • Ensure new customers are properly transitioned into implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Dynamic and professional presentation skills • Passion for technology and ability to quickly understand complex systems, configure system settings and workflows, and solve technical issues • Proficiency in creating presentation curriculum and corresponding materials • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse groups, handle difficult situations, and maintain a professional presence • Enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to help internal and external customers and co-workers • Strong desire to learn and enhance technical, presentation, and communication skills while mentoring peers • Ability to self-motivate and employ a strong work ethic, judgment, and decision-making skills with minimal supervision • Good organizational skills and attention to detail • Flexibility in thinking, planning, and executing sales presentations • Proficiency with Office 365 or similar productivity tools • Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools • Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel, up to 60% of the time • Close proximity to a commercial airport in the continental United States is ideal • Knowledge or experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
