📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and evolve back-end applications using .NET, Delphi, and PL/SQL • Design and implement APIs, services, and integrations, ensuring performance, scalability, and security • Participate in defining software architecture and development best practices • Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and engineering standards • Analyze and resolve complex issues, proposing continuous improvements • Collaborate with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, and QA in building and delivering solutions • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective) • Support technical documentation of solutions and systems developed • Contribute to automation, continuous integration (CI/CD), and process improvements within the squad • Work in an augmented-efficiency model, using AI tools throughout the development cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in back-end development with .NET, Delphi, and PL/SQL • Knowledge of software architecture, REST APIs, and system integrations • Experience with relational databases and query optimization • Familiarity with software engineering best practices (clean code, testing, version control) • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems • Autonomy, proactivity, and a strong sense of technical responsibility • Good communication skills and teamwork • Experience or familiarity with applying AI to the development process • Experience in modernization or maintenance/support of legacy systems (nice to have) • Experience with REST APIs and system integrations (nice to have) • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) — even at an introductory level (nice to have) • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices (nice to have) • Experience with automated testing (unit or integration) (nice to have) • Understanding of software architecture (best practices, patterns) (nice to have)
