📋 Description

• Lead airborne software tool qualification activities • Work with software tool vendors to set up target and host test environments • Execute Run-For-Score • Develop DO-330 qualification packages • Support tool qualification through internal TCR review and regulatory review • Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the team • Contribute to mission-critical aerospace and defense systems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience • DO-330 tool qualification, preferably with RapiTest and/or RapiCover • Airborne Software development/testing experience • Experience leading and deploying Program strategies and initiatives • RTCA/DO-178 or similar certification-based experience • Experience mentoring junior members within a team • Knowledge of AGILE/Waterfall methods • Programming language experience: C/C++, Python, HTML, Javascript, CSS, Ada 95, etc. • Knowledge of operating systems: Windows, Linux, LynxOS, etc. • Experience with tools/processes including GitLab, SVN, Bamboo/Panda, Jira, JAMA, Confluence, DOORS, etc. • US Citizenship is required
