📋 Description

• Design, develop, and test software features for Flight Management Systems integrated into military helicopters and planes • Work within a team of Systems and Software engineers • Apply Systems Engineering and Flight Management Systems knowledge • Integrate leadership, communication, coordination, and proactiveness into a dynamic environment • Deliver quality and timely products to internal and external customers • Travel domestically and internationally as needed, less than 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • 4+ years of experience with C, C++, DOORS, ADA, and/or Python • 4+ years of experience in a Systems role • US Citizenship is required • Preference for ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance if needed • Industry experience in software lifecycle development (Design, Requirements, Integration, Test) preferred • Pilot/Avionics experience, such as Private Pilot, Aircraft Maintenance, or DO-178 Certification, preferred • Ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance if needed after day 1 preferred
