📋 Description

• Provide full stack development and documentation support for the FAA’s NAS Defense Program • Participate in team and stakeholder discussions and provide recommendations • Create UI wireframes for new software functionality • Create and update detailed application documentation • Participate in team coding exercises, paired programming, code reviews, and pull-request approvals • Participate in functional and technical design analysis discussions • Support technical and maintenance activities, including security and deficiency assessments • Resolve technical issues affecting system performance • Contribute to architecture development and system modernization recommendations • Gather requirements and support testing • Provide configuration management, software release management, automated pipeline support, and containerization support • Develop system documentation, including system design documents, software architecture documentation, and diagrams • Write and maintain unit and integration tests • Evolve responsibilities over time to support team and organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Math or Science • A minimum of eight (8)+ years of relevant experience • Experience developing Web Applications using React/Angular/Node.js and Oracle/Postgres • Familiarity with Linux based operating systems • Experience developing and supporting docker-based web applications • Experience with Atlassian products including JIRA, Bitbucket, or Confluence • Candidate must have the ability to hold and maintain a Secret level security clearance • Experience with Kafka (preferred) • Familiarity with GIS technologies (Esri, ArcGIS, Mapbox, GeoServer) (preferred) • Experience with Go/GoLang programming language (preferred) • Experience implementing CI/CD systems (preferred) • Experience with React and Node (preferred) • Experience with Python (preferred) • Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL (preferred) • Experience creating UI design of wire frame diagram (preferred) • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and fulfill all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced development environment • Must be eligible to work in the United States through E-Verify
