📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features impacting thousands of clients • Bridge the gap between complex datasets and intuitive user experiences • Leverage AI to automate public affairs processes • Take full ownership of a feature set and make technical decisions • Guide the team on technical decisions shaping the stack and company growth

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building software for end-users • Mastery of backend languages (Python/Django) • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) • Excited about the potential of artificial intelligence • Ability to design complex systems and technical documentation • Committed to building skills through mentorship and code reviews • Motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
