📋 Description

• Lead engineering for the Entri “schedule maximizer” and “order facilitator” systems • Lead a high-impact team building R1’s Entri platform for patient scheduling and order management workflows • Drive architecture and participate in design decisions • Step in on complex production issues • Lead modernization of legacy desktop applications into scalable SaaS products • Drive adoption of the enterprise data platform to improve performance and system efficiency • Mentor, coach, and develop engineers through structured knowledge sharing • Collaborate with product in a pod-based model to influence roadmap decisions • Own outcomes and deliver customer-impacting capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams • 5+ years designing and building scalable, distributed systems, including microservices architecture • Experience using agile delivery methodologies • Strong backend experience in C#/.NET or Java • Exposure to modern web applications and SaaS platforms • Proven ability to operate as a hands-on technical leader in architecture, design, and problem-solving • Experience developing engineering professionals with high expectations, collaborative style, and focus on continuous improvement, quality, and planning • Experience partnering with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing solutions
