📋 Description

• Develop and maintain RainFocus's core product set with a focus on usability, security, and scalability • Collaborate closely with Product Management and UX to build thoughtful, client-facing experiences • Build and iterate on advanced prototypes integrating LLMs, APIs, and retrieval pipelines • Implement full-stack features from database schema and backend services to frontend components and real-time user interactions • Produce enterprise web applications using Java, React, and SQL • Help lead small teams to develop and deliver high-quality SaaS solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working on full stack code bases • Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other AI-Assisted Engineering tools • Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, or RAG architectures • Experience peer reviewing code and providing feedback and improvements • Very strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies • Experience in Object-Oriented design and programming • Experience with RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or MSSQL, including database design and advanced SQL • Experience with front-end development using a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue • Ability to make effective trade-offs between engineering and product requirements while balancing short-term and long-term needs • Strong expertise with backend systems in service-oriented architectures • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or other AI Agentic frameworks • Experience driving zero-to-one development of key technical capabilities • Experience with Struts2 MVC and Spring Framework • Experience integrating with third-party systems via APIs • Prior experience as a team lead • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities • Self-motivated, collaborative, curious, comfortable with ambiguity, open to feedback, and quick to learn
