📋 Description

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for engineering, data, AI, and infrastructure roles across multiple geographies • Manage the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate candidate tracking and compliance with hiring policies • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and improve hiring outcomes • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent • Partner with technical hiring managers to translate complex role requirements into clear hiring criteria • Conduct candidate assessments and reference checks • Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders • Write job descriptions and recruiting materials • Document candidate feedback and maintain complete, compliant recruiting records • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the candidate experience • Own recruiting for 10+ requisitions across software engineering, data and AI/ML, infrastructure, cloud, and security • Source passive candidates, review resumes, and prescreen technical skill levels • Serve as candidate advocate throughout the recruiting process from application through offer • Build partnerships with hiring managers, interviewers, and cross-functional stakeholders • Share real-time market intelligence with hiring teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of full-lifecycle recruiting, with a proven track record hiring for software engineering, data and AI/ML, and infrastructure, cloud, or security roles • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable hiring criteria • Experience using a wide range of sourcing tools and techniques • Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiter, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms • Ability to manage multiple requisitions with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency • Analytical mindset using metrics to track performance against individual and team goals • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, highly cross-functional environments • Collaborative, proactive, and transparent stakeholder partnership approach • 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years of technical recruiting (required) • Bachelor's degree (required) • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience (preferred)
