📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Research, Analytics, Data Science, Technology, and Corporate Function roles • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and talent requirements • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, talent mapping, and market intelligence • Conduct detailed candidate assessments, competency-based interviews, and screening processes • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Drive recruitment projects for niche, difficult-to-fill, and business-critical positions • Provide market insights, talent availability trends, and competitor intelligence to support hiring decisions • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle • Maintain recruitment data, reporting metrics, and hiring dashboards while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and policies • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, HR teams, and external partners to achieve hiring goals within agreed timelines

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for Research, Analytics, Data Science, Technology, and Corporate Functions • Strong understanding of technical and business skill sets across modern technology and data domains • Excellent sourcing capability with demonstrated success in attracting passive and senior-level talent • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills • Expertise in talent mapping, market research, and strategic sourcing techniques • Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies • Ability to operate independently while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism
