📋 Description

• Partner with Technical Recruiters and Engineering Hiring Managers to build and execute sourcing strategies for engineering roles across all levels • Own market mapping and competitive intelligence to identify where technical talent lives and how to reach it • Drive outreach and initial candidate engagement for concurrent hard-to-fill technical requisitions • Consult with hiring managers on role scoping, leveling, and sourcing strategy • Present sourcing strategy and market insights to recruiting and engineering partners • Calibrate candidate profiles using funnel data, including submittals, conversion, and time-to-fill • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through handoff to interviews • Contribute to sourcing process improvements, tooling, and market-intelligence sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience • Ideally sourcing for senior/staff+ software engineering or infrastructure roles • Expert-level Boolean and X-ray search skills • Fluency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and GitHub • Strong market-mapping and competitive-intelligence ability • Proven experience consulting with hiring managers on role scoping, leveling, and sourcing strategy • Excellent written outreach and candidate engagement skills • Track record of delivering a great candidate experience • Ability to own concurrent requisitions with a high degree of autonomy • Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging sourcing techniques, including AI-assisted search, market research, and LLM-based outreach drafting
