📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of technical, cleared requisitions for mid-to-senior technical and programmatic roles • Manage relationships with Program Managers, Directors, Capture leads, and other senior stakeholders end-to-end • Become a trusted authority on hiring cleared technical talent through TS/SCI with polygraph • Mentor and coach Recruiter I and II team members • Identify process or workflow gaps and recommend improvements • Handle complex or sensitive requisitions with minimal oversight • Maintain and share AI-assisted recruiting practices • Partner with senior hiring teams to develop more diverse, representative finalist slates • Report to the VP of Talent Acquisition • Partner with HR, Security/Facility Security Officers, compensation, and contracts staff • Manage typically 15–20+ concurrent requisitions

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated track record independently owning full-cycle recruiting for technical, cleared positions up through TS/SCI with polygraph • Track record of informally or formally coaching other recruiters • Ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders, push back, advise, and influence hiring decisions • Experience building or meaningfully improving a process, tool, or workflow • Demonstrable interest in applying AI to recruiting work • Experience driving diverse slates and diverse interview panels • Working knowledge of federal contract cycles, including recompetes, awards, labor categories, and staffing plans • Must be clearable for a U.S. Secret security clearance (minimum)
