📋 Description

• Define and execute implementation plans • Test and troubleshoot final system configurations • Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation • Participate in pre-sales product demonstrations as needed • Analyze client data to assist with configuration issues • Create and run database queries to evaluate data • Configure and test the system and make recommendations to clients • Identify and facilitate issue resolution with functional and technical groups • Forge strong customer relationships • Evaluate client requirements and develop configurations supporting business processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong reading comprehension, writing and presentation skills • 2-4 years of related health care or software implementation experience • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Management Information Systems or Health Care is preferred; equivalent experience is required • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or working experience with technology such as UNIX and SQL is a plus • Ability to work independently • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; RAM Health does not provide sponsorship for U.S. employment • All work must be performed within the U.S. • Occasional travel may be required in the future • Compliance with company policies, security and privacy requirements, HIPAA, HITECH, and other applicable federal and state regulations • Responsibility for safeguarding PHI and PII and ensuring data is accessed, processed, stored, and transmitted securely
