📋 Description

• Prospect, develop, and close new business by building support from multiple stakeholders • Target and identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales within the assigned region • Consistently achieve regional sales goals and objectives • Cultivate a business plan and formulate sales strategies to attain revenue goals • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify and evaluate market opportunities and establish quarterly and annual sales objectives • Build advocacy and champions within facilities to drive the business • Develop a pipeline of sales opportunities within the assigned region and execute on those opportunities • Oversee sales activities within assigned accounts • Report to the Regional VP

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of complex medical and/or SaaS sales, preferably in capital equipment and/or AI software/IT • Previous experience selling healthcare technology into large hospital systems • Adaptive, innovative, and a team leader • Documented Plan Achievement History • C-Level Presentation and Communication Capabilities • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience utilizing Salesforce.com to manage sales leads, daily activity, and report generation • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred • Ability to travel regularly • Lives within a reasonable distance of the primary airport
