📋 Description

• Analyze job requirements and create client-focused job descriptions • Attract candidates using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and sourcing tools • Source, attract, screen, and submit applicants to clients • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings • Respond to advanced issues and escalations, escalating to managerial channels as needed • Conduct initial scoping and follow-up meetings with clients • Update ATS and CRM systems promptly • Use data and market tools to inform client and candidate conversations • Build effective relationships with colleagues and clients • Provide proactive, service-first communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent years of related experience • 3 to 6 years of general experience • Experience with client relationship management and CRM software • Knowledge of pipeline management • Ability to use applicant tracking systems, job boards, sourcing tools, data tools, and market tools • Clear and effective verbal communication skills • Ability to attract and deliver candidates meeting clients’ short- and long-term needs • Travel less than 25%
