• Você fará parte do time PLG, focado na adoção, que está em construção para melhorar resultados e otimizar as jornadas de adoção dos produtos da RD Station. • Conduzir a resolução de desafios técnicos de backend. • Entregar serviços, APIs e integrações confiáveis, performáticas e escaláveis.
🎯 Requirements
• Sólida experiência com Ruby on Rails e construção de APIs RESTful. • Proficiência em arquitetura de software e boas práticas (SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns). • Familiaridade com Docker e práticas de monitoramento de performance e erros. • Uso diário e consciente de IA para acelerar entregas. • Capacidade de estruturar prompts para IA e guiar a resolução de problemas técnicos complexos.
