📋 Description

• Lead front-end architecture and hands-on delivery for the platform’s user-facing product from prototypes through production • Lead the journey-builder canvas, a graph-based direct-manipulation interface, as it scales • Define API contracts with the back-end lead • Drive the code side of the design system and design-to-code workflow with the product designer • Direct how AI-driven guardrails and model behavior are rendered and made trustworthy • Hire and lead a front-end engineering team • Establish standards for code quality, CI-enforced testing, and agentic coding • Partner with product and design on problem definition, scope, and sequencing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in front-end or full-stack engineering, including 2+ years leading a team • Experience leading front-end architecture for a B2B or enterprise product • Experience with complex, data-dense, or direct-manipulation UIs such as a canvas or graph editor • Track record hiring and growing engineers • Experience running a technical interview loop from scratch • Comfortable directing and reviewing agentic or AI-assisted coding • Judgment to determine what requires human review • Fluency defining and maintaining API contracts across a team boundary • Ability to turn ambiguous product problems into a sequenced, shippable technical plan • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving, still-small engineering organization • Bonus: pharma or HCP marketing experience, or experience in complex regulated marketing data environments
