📋 Description

• Lead how the platform is built, deployed, and operated reliably and securely across multiple environments, including client environments • Design and drive parameterized, repeatable, and well-documented deployment practices • Work with client infrastructure and security teams to deploy the platform in their environments without forking the product • Direct data-store operations, including backup and restore, failover testing, capacity, and secure connectivity • Drive platform observability, security, and CI/CD • Partner with corporate IT, DevSecOps, and security teams on audit readiness • Establish incident response and on-call practices as the team grows • Set standards and guardrails for agentic or AI-assisted infrastructure-code changes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, including 2+ years leading a team • Experience running serverless or managed-service infrastructure in production • Experience deploying and operating software inside environments not fully controlled, such as a client's cloud account or a regulated environment • Experience working directly with client security and infrastructure teams • Track record hiring and growing engineers and running a technical interview loop from scratch • Comfort directing and reviewing agentic or AI-assisted changes to infrastructure code • Ability to adapt standards to others' constraints • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-moving, small engineering organization • Bonus: pharma or HCP marketing experience, or experience in complex regulated marketing data environments
