📋 Description

• Lead the domain-first solutions engine of the sales and delivery motion • Own the presales function end to end, from discovery through handoff into delivery • Manage and grow a team of Solution Architects and Business Analysts • Set the vision and standards for scoping, demonstrations, and strategic deal execution • Lead scoping and discovery for strategic prospects, uncover requirements, identify risks, and define outcome-aligned solutions • Own the end-to-end RFP response process • Build repeatable presales-to-delivery handoffs for implementation • Design and build AI-assisted skills, tools, and agentic workflows to modernize the function • Publish, speak, and advocate for Cherre’s perspective on real assets data and semantic infrastructure • Translate market and client signals into product roadmap input • Partner closely with Sales to drive technical wins on strategic and enterprise opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Deep real assets domain expertise spanning capital-stack structures and physical, operational assets • Track record of scoping and designing solutions across investment and property operations domains • Global and cross-asset-class experience across multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and alternative assets • Experience across US, European, and APAC market conventions and regulatory contexts • 10+ years in real estate, proptech, or consulting • Experience leading teams of domain and technical experts • Technical fluency in entity resolution, graph-based data models, and semantic layer architecture • Understanding of typed, governed interfaces designed for agent consumption • Demonstrated thought leadership through publishing or speaking on real assets, data, or investment strategy • Executive presence with institutional buyers and strategic-deal decision-makers • Ability to operate hands-on in deals while hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing team • Hands-on experience building AI tools, automations, or agentic workflows • Nice to have: experience with Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT • Nice to have: building AI agents and agentic workflows • Nice to have: interacting with GitHub • Nice to have: knowledge management tools such as Obsidian
