📋 Description

• Lead and execute end-to-end testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications using manual and automated approaches • Provide leadership in software quality and release management activities • Develop understanding of customer use cases, workflows, and scenarios to ensure meaningful test coverage • Design, develop, and document test cases for new features, regression areas, and complex workflows • Define and execute testing strategies covering database impacts, regression, negative testing, usability, and bug retests • Participate in product design reviews and provide input on requirements, design, schedules, and risks • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11 • Identify, log, and track defects with developers to ensure timely resolution • Perform risk-based testing and prioritize high-impact areas • Translate requirements into effective test cases with product managers, developers, and stakeholders • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing and process-improvement best practices • Deliver feedback and recommendations on usability and functionality • Partner with offshore and nearshore QA and development teams • Build and maintain UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright, Postman, ReadyAPI, Python, and JavaScript • Apply AI/ML techniques to improve test-case generation, defect detection, and prioritization • Contribute to continuous improvement in QA processes and automation efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or an equivalent combination of technical education and work experience • Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in SaaS environments • Hands-on experience with UI, API, and mobile automation using Playwright, Postman, and ReadyAPI • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions • Experience with version control using Git/GitHub • Understanding of clinical trial or healthcare software workflows • Familiarity with defect-tracking tools such as Jira and AIO • Familiarity with test case management tools such as AIO, Xray for Jira, or equivalent • Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and automation testing practices • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban • Working knowledge of GitHub and Git • Exposure to the Playwright automation framework • Familiarity with LambdaTest and BrowserStack • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for manual test case generation • Professional certifications are not required; QAI and ISTQB certifications will be considered • All successful candidates must complete and pass reference and background checks • Candidates must indicate their desired salary in the application • Hired persons must verify identity and eligibility to work under federal law
