• Own full-cycle recruiting for our Engineering, Product and Design teams • Partner with MyCase’s leadership team on talent strategy • Design and implement recruiting programs that enhance our recruiting efforts • Champion a differentiated, exceptional candidate experience • Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategy
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of technical recruiting in a growing SaaS company • Familiarity with the technology market and landscape • Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle • Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies
