📋 Description

• Own features end-to-end: design, build, test, deploy, and operate in production • Write clean, tested Python and React code and participate in code reviews • Design and build APIs and integrations between systems • Work with domain experts and stakeholders to understand business processes and turn them into working software • Contribute to technical design decisions • Navigate a fast-moving environment where requirements change often and ambiguity is normal prioritize effectively and adapt without waiting for perfect information • Debug and resolve production issues; monitor and improve system reliability • Collaborate remotely with team and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software engineering experience • Strong Python skills; production React experience • Experience building and shipping production applications on AWS • API design and integration patterns • Comfort working independently in a remote-first environment and making pragmatic technical decisions • Strong written communication: you document decisions and communicate async effectively • Availability for periodic travel to Nevada (~1 week/quarter)
