📋 Description

• Lead design and development of complex substation protection schemes and automation systems • Perform advanced power system analysis, relay coordination studies, and protection settings • Serve as the technical lead on multiple concurrent projects • Mentor and provide technical oversight to junior and mid-level engineers • Interface directly with clients, vendors, and contractors to resolve technical issues • Lead commissioning efforts for new facilities and oversee troubleshooting of complex system issues • Review and approve engineering documents, drawings, and calculations • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution • Professional Engineer (PE) license required • PE in Texas and/or Oklahoma preferred • Minimum of 5 years of electric utility or power engineering experience • Demonstrated leadership in design, analysis, and commissioning of protection systems • Expert knowledge of electrical theory, protection systems, and industry standards • Advanced proficiency with CAD and electrical modeling software • Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills • Ability to manage high-complexity projects with minimal supervision
