📋 Description

• Proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers for permanent commercial and industrial waste services. • Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to retain business. • Increasing customer penetration by selling the full suite of Republic Services products. • Effectively maintains and retains existing customers by proactively reaching out on a daily basis. • Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of company services, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate. • Performs contractual re-signs on existing customers. • Responds to all cancellation requests according to the established escalation policy. • Utilizes Salesforce to schedule and document activities such as calls and meetings. • Regularly meets with Sales Manager to review customer relationships and status of key customer relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required) • 0 - 2 years of customer service experience. (Required) • Waste or transportation industry experience (preferred).
