📋 Description

• Design and maintain the BFF layer that powers our mobile apps • Orchestrate calls to microservices, optimize payloads, and handle caching and authentication • Integrate conversational assistants with RAG over customers' financial data • Build autonomous agents for onboarding and frictionless issue resolution • Design hyper-contextual, real-time personalization

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js/TypeScript, GraphQL/REST, and AWS • Proven experience putting RAG pipelines into production (embeddings, vector stores, chunking) • Mastery of agent orchestration: tool calling, function calling, and chains • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar • Production experience with Anthropic and/or OpenAI models • Understanding that in fintech, latency and accuracy are non-negotiable • Pluses: • Feature flags, OpenTelemetry, and CI/CD in fintech environments • Designed APIs intended for real mobile consumption • Thinking that the BFF of the future is an agent, not a controller • Experience with B2B products and businesses
