📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies for software, mechanical, and electrical engineering roles • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across software and hardware engineering disciplines • Build and maintain talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, networking, and engagement with diverse candidate pools • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and ensure a seamless candidate and hiring-team experience while following hiring policies and SOPs • Conduct technical screenings evaluating software, mechanical, and electrical engineering expertise • Partner with the People Team and hiring managers to align with company culture and values • Maintain accurate data reporting and use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and optimize hiring processes • Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build employer brand

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Engineering) • 5+ years of deep experience in technical recruiting, focused on software, mechanical and/or electrical engineering roles • Proven ability to source and engage top-tier engineering talent through various channels • Strong understanding of software and vehicle systems, mechanical design, and electrical hardware • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Passion for the company’s mission and commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams • Current authorization to work for any employer in the United States
