📋 Description

• Prepare pricing files • Analyze year-over-year cost changes • Make sell price recommendations according to margin guidelines • Analyze net program revenue changes after programs have been priced • Evaluate whether sell price changes are needed based on margin guidelines • Review special offer reporting and recommend extensions • Ensure accurate sell prices in systems and update them as needed • Review print, web, and email marketing campaigns • Ensure pricing and special offers are accurate for featured dates • Use system software to develop standard reporting tools • Analyze data and manage workflow processes • Perform ad-hoc reporting and special projects • Collaborate with Tuition Revenue Management, Air Operations, Marketing, Programs, Program Services, Contracting, and Finance to support decision-making and maximize net program revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required with up to 2 years relevant experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills • Attention to detail and high accuracy • Strong organizational skills • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines • Problem-solving ability • Ability to work independently • Ability to understand foreign currency translation • Desire to learn new skills and work as a team player • Experience gathering, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets • Clear and concise communication skills • Travel industry experience is a plus
