📋 Description

• Lead timely and successful customer onboarding execution according to customer needs and objectives • Manage day-to-day communication and collaboration with customers and internal vendor, service, and operations teams during strategy implementation • Partner with customers to understand business issues and needs • Recommend Diversion (Recycling) and Brokering (Savings) plans where appropriate • Perform Broker and Diversion plan implementations to fit customer needs • Manage and update internal workflows to track customer activities and approvals • Report to the Implementation Team Lead and interact with customers, hauling partners, Account Management, and Internal Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Account Management, or Sales • Bachelor’s Degree required • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to act with sound judgment and strong decision-making • Passion for business results and quality, with accountability for metrics and ownership • Strategic thinking with ability to grasp tactical details • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to facilitate meetings with diverse and conflicting viewpoints • Ability to manage multiple projects, multitask, and prioritize conflicting assignments with minimal supervision • Ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels and functions • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and timely decision-making skills
