📋 Description

• Design, develop, implement, and support end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions • Build and manage customer journeys, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and automation processes • Develop responsive email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS • Create and optimize SQL queries for audience creation, data management, reporting, and campaign execution • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with enterprise platforms using APIs and data connectors • Configure and manage Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Advertising Studio, CloudPages, and Intelligence Reports and Analytics • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for campaign and data issues • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies • QA every send across devices and clients and own rendering, deliverability, hygiene, and send-time troubleshooting • Build reusable templates, code libraries, and documentation to speed up production and reduce errors • Partner with analytics to instrument tracking and support A/B and multivariate testing

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and development • Strong expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules and capabilities • Expert-level proficiency in HTML/CSS, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), AMPscript, and SQL • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud REST and SOAP APIs • Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation best practices • Experience with version control, deployment processes, and environment management • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Developer certifications • Quality Assurance (QA) and testing experience is a strong advantage • Experience working in Agile delivery environments • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud integrations • Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting platforms • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively • Successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment
