📋 Description

• Design scalable, highly available, and secure infrastructure solutions using cloud services • Contribute to SAP technical designs for cloud-system and service integration and implementation • Partner with platform partners and the Basis team to design, develop, and document compliant solutions • Gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver strategic initiatives and program goals • Participate in design and code reviews • Work with the automation team to develop automation for new services • Plan system and application migrations to the cloud • Collaborate with operations and architecture teams to prepare applications for onboarding • Integrate cloud and non-cloud technologies and third-party SaaS products, including RISE • Assess emerging cloud and SAP technologies and industry trends • Develop SAP solution roadmaps and strategic plans • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and industry standards • Establish the application onboarding process • Become an expert in RTX public-cloud implementation and onboarded services • Support infrastructure automation engagements by ensuring required information is collected • Ensure service request forms capture information needed for automated solutions • Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences • Work independently and with geographically distributed teams • Complete assigned goals, objectives, and tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience OR, in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience • Experience with Windows and RHEL operating systems • Experience with authentication RBAC controls, patching, hardening, group policy, and OS clustering concepts • Experience integrating with SSO providers, particularly PING and Entra SSO • Experience with IIS, Apache, and Tomcat middleware • Experience with IaaS and Azure PaaS solutions in commercial and GovCloud implementations • Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, XML, and JSON • Experience with cloud services such as AKS, ANAF/ANF, and load balancers • Experience with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform, Ansible, Git, and Jenkins • Preferred: integrating applications with SAP environments • Preferred: backup and recovery, including streaming, virtualization, cloud-based solutions, and HANA System Replication • Preferred: security and compliance standards including CIS Benchmarks, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, FedRAMP, ISO/IEC 27001, SOX, and PCI DSS • U.S. citizenship is required to access certain necessary systems • Must work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
