📋 Description

• Deliver end-to-end features for internal Operations & Supply Chain web applications from requirements clarification through production support • Serve as technical owner for enterprise applications and drive architectural decisions, production stability, technical debt reduction, maintainability, and application health • Lead technical design for complex features and enhancements, evaluating performance, scalability, security, reliability, maintainability, and delivery tradeoffs • Build modern UIs using Blazor and DevExpress for data-heavy screens, complex filtering, editing, and user workflows • Design and implement backend services and APIs in C#/.NET with validation, error handling, asynchronous processing, secure integrations, and maintainable service architecture • Develop and optimize Azure SQL / SQL Server data access, including query optimization, indexing, query-plan analysis, pagination/streaming, and performance troubleshooting • Design and support secure cloud application patterns involving secrets management, managed identities, least-privilege access, authentication/authorization, and secure connectivity • Support .NET applications hosted in Azure, including configuration, environment management, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, scaling, and production support • Improve operability and reliability through logging, telemetry, monitoring, alerting, and incident troubleshooting with Application Insights and Log Analytics • Participate in CI/CD delivery across DEV, QA, and Production, including deployment validation, configuration management, release troubleshooting, and rollback considerations • Write clean, secure, testable code; perform code reviews; improve engineering patterns; and align solutions with engineering standards • Provide technical guidance through design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and implementation guidance • Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Finance, Product Management, and technical teams to translate needs into designs and delivery plans • Lead and contribute to technical standards, reusable components, architecture patterns, and engineering practices across applications • Balance business delivery with technical debt, maintainability, performance, production stability, security, and long-term architecture

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and building service-oriented backend logic, APIs, and enterprise application services • Experience with SQL Server / Azure SQL or equivalent relational database platforms • Experience building data-driven applications and diagnosing and optimizing slow queries and data-access patterns • Working knowledge of cloud-hosted application development and production operations, preferably Azure • Experience with application hosting, configuration, secrets management, deployment, logging/monitoring, and troubleshooting production .NET applications • Strong communication skills and proficiency with technical and non-technical stakeholders • U.S. citizenship is required • Experience with DevExpress Blazor, including DxGrid, editors, forms, reporting, customization, and performance tuning for large and complex datasets (preferred) • Experience designing, deploying, and supporting .NET applications in Microsoft Azure (preferred) • Experience with Azure App Service, Azure SQL, Storage, Functions, Key Vault, managed identities, application configuration, networking/security considerations, and CI/CD deployment patterns (preferred) • Experience implementing secure cloud application patterns, including least-privilege access and credential/secret lifecycle management (preferred) • Observability experience using structured logging, metrics, distributed traces, Application Insights, Log Analytics, dashboards, alerts, and production incident triage (preferred)
