📋 Description

• Develop and deliver data, analytics, automation, and digital solutions to improve engineering and business outcomes • Translate complex data into actionable insights through dashboards, visualizations, and decision-support tools • Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making • Partner with engineers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and deliver scalable solutions • Support adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/ML and digital engineering capabilities • Establish and improve data standards, processes, governance, and operational metrics • Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate • Develop custom business applications using Power Apps • Manage and enhance SharePoint sites for collaboration, data storage, and workflow integration • Travel up to 10%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 Power Applications, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or SharePoint • Power BI experience with data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development • Power Automate workflow automation experience • Power Apps application development experience • SharePoint site management and integration experience • Experience working with large datasets and data visualization • Advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1 • Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
