📋 Description

• Lead identification, development, and capture of new business opportunities within the Modular Open Systems Solutions Encryption portfolio • Brief senior leaders in the U.S. Department of War and other government entities on strategic goals and opportunities • Oversee white paper and proposal development • Lead capture teams and manage the pursuit, order, and capture lifecycle • Negotiate and close new business opportunities aligned with customer and market requirements • Provide input into product development and strategic planning • Build and maintain relationships with U.S. Government and non-Government customers • Identify and pursue potential new markets • Evaluate competitor solutions and company positioning against market trends and customer requirements • Collaborate with program management and engineering teams to drive business growth and innovation • Travel to support business development activities and customer engagement

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience • Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret Security Clearance required prior to start date • U.S. citizenship required • Experience with U.S. military concepts of operations (CONOPs) related to secure communications, modular open systems architecture (MOSA), and cryptography • Experience with the lifecycle of the pursuit, order, and capture process • Experience directly supporting U.S. Government acquisitions • Previous work experience with a cryptographic product/systems prime contractor preferred • Experience working with the NSA and other Intelligence Community and Military Services stakeholders preferred • Proven track record of closing deals, building partnerships, or driving revenue in high-growth environments preferred • Deep understanding of cryptographic principles and cryptographic protocols preferred • Leadership experience and decision-making capabilities in complex business environments preferred • Ability to travel up to 50% may be required
