📋 Description

• Manage wireless services, including implementation, management, and troubleshooting of enterprise wireless services • Perform wireless surveys and comprehensive documentation for deployed frameworks • Evaluate wireless networks on an ongoing basis • Design, integrate, test, install, and support wireless network infrastructure • Perform hardware and software upgrades • Prepare and maintain network infrastructure documentation • Work with business units, internal customers, and client support technicians to provide wireless communications solutions • Investigate, design, plan, and implement physical and logical wireless communications networks • Perform capacity planning for internal and external wireless connections • Proactively monitor and troubleshoot networks using network management software, help desk tickets, and potentially onsite visits requiring travel • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years of experience • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Expertise deploying, troubleshooting, and maintaining highly available Aruba wireless infrastructure in large-scale, multisite, international environments • Experience with Wireless LAN Controllers and guest wireless solutions • Experience using wireless analysis tools such as Ekahau Survey Pro, AirMagnet Surveyor, MetaGeek Channelyzer, packet analyzers, and Cisco Prime Infrastructure • Understanding and recent experience with Wi-Fi/802.11 RF standards, RF parameters, and signal flows • Wireless site survey experience, including Data, Voice, and Location Based Services RF survey designs • Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, wireless, DNS, and DHCP protocols and services • Availability for on-call support outside normal working hours • Strong analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, verbal, and written communication skills • Expert-level Aruba wireless experience • Experience with Aruba Central/Central-On-Prem, Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ACS, or ISE is a plus • Certifications such as ACDP, ACMP, MCP, CCNA, CWNA, CCNP, CCNP-Wireless, or CWNP are a plus
