📋 Description

• Research and build high-quality prospect lists based on the Ideal Customer Profile • Identify decision-makers and collect accurate contact data • Refine targeting to improve response rates and lead quality • Maintain clean, organized lead databases • Execute daily outbound outreach at scale via cold email, LinkedIn connect and message sequences, and other channels • Personalize messaging while maintaining outreach volume • Follow structured outreach sequences and cadences • Meet daily outreach targets • Test and iterate messaging to improve open, reply, and positive response rates • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with offers and campaigns • Identify effective messaging angles • Qualify interested prospects and move them to discovery calls or sales conversations • Ensure smooth handoff to the COO for closing • Track outreach performance and pipeline impact

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in building lists and conducting cold outreach / outbound sales • Comfortable sending high-volume outreach daily • Strong copywriting skills for cold messages and emails • Ability to build targeted prospect lists based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) • Ability to identify decision-makers and collect accurate contact data • Ability to execute outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels • Ability to qualify interested prospects and move them to discovery calls or sales conversations
