📋 Description

• Architect and recommend innovative solution approaches implementing a technical vision for customer mission success • Partner with account teams and customer stakeholders to identify opportunities, mature opportunity definitions, and capture solution objectives • Lead concepts of operations, requirements definition, analysis and engineering, system architecture, system analysis and design, interfaces, data architectures, verification and validation, system integration, performance analysis, and life-cycle cost estimation • Support technical review and readiness assessment of technical solutions • Perform technical analysis to identify risks, issues, requirements, and opportunities, including tradeoff analyses and alternatives analysis • Integrate security and compliance throughout the solution development life cycle • Coordinate engineering leads, solution architects, and subject-matter experts to develop and deliver solutions during proposal phases and contract execution • Convert requirements into total systems solutions addressing technical, schedule, cost, and customer organizational constraints

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Security or equivalent and eighteen (18) years or more of related experience; Master's degree and sixteen (16) years or more experience; additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree • Minimum ten (10) years of solutions development and implementation • Minimum five (5) years of technical team leadership of high-performance teams • Successful experience bidding and winning work with Civilian Government agencies or equivalent • Advanced knowledge of software engineering principles, methods, and techniques, including Agile/Scrum, SAFe/Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD methods • Hands-on experience in solution development in capture and proposal environments and implementing solutions in ongoing programs, including delivery of the final product • Experience architecting in one or more technical domains, including IT infrastructure, system/application development and management, IT service delivery, cybersecurity, cloud management, data science, and digital/business transformation • Excellent communication and writing skills, including producing finished customer-facing content and meeting customers regarding SAIC capabilities, services, and solutions • Proposal development, writing, and reviewing skills; ability to work effectively with account management • Track record of effective collaboration across pre-sales or pre-award disciplines • Ability to multitask across several concurrent efforts • Ability to identify technical staff skills supporting pre-award activities • Ability to lead and coordinate account, proposal, technical, and support team assignments throughout the pre-award process • Experience with Federal Government procurement processes; desired experience includes OTAs, PTAG, and agile contracting • Ability to empower and grow subordinates and communicate effectively to senior and executive management • US Citizenship
