📋 Description

• Develop and grow recruiting initiatives, including SAIC’s employee referral program and related internal and external efforts • Provide process improvement recommendations and planning for the Talent Acquisition team • Provide Talent Acquisition process and policy guidance • Support change management • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to carry out business objectives and represent the recruiting team • Manage the SAIC referral program, including bi-weekly referral and payout reports, referral mailbox monitoring and responses, and communication activities • Manage recruiter job board licenses and team roster • Manage talent acquisition mailboxes and ensure prompt, consistent responses to employees and candidates • Complete other projects and duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; an additional 4+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • 6+ months of experience working in a professional environment, including talent acquisition and/or human resources experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced computer skills • Ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects • Ability to act with a sense of urgency and shift focus as priorities require • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal staff and others • Must be a US Citizen • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems is desired
