📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients • Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice • Contribute to the community's knowledge base and expertise • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that increase business value • Collaborate with customers and colleagues while teaching complex concepts and applying creative, prescriptive thinking • Identify and proactively manage risk areas through complete resolution • Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts • Keep programs on track and solutions extendable and maintainable • Work with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions • Contribute to program vision and advise on strategies involving enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform • Architect and deliver agentic, AI-first solutions across commercial and clinical operations for complex life sciences enterprise customers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience • Strong application design skills • Strong data, integration, and security architecture skills • Experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly Pharma/Biopharma • Background in pharmaceutical commercial operations, field force engagement, HCP/HCO relationship management, or regulatory compliance • Strong presentation skills • Ability to rapidly learn and use new concepts, business models, and technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate with people in diverse roles • Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration • Strong experience in integration concepts, designs, and patterns • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered • Multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications, or Salesforce Certified Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant, preferred • Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Life Sciences (AFLS) or equivalent Life Sciences CRM platforms • Knowledge of HCP/HCO structures, Affiliations, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Affairs, and compliant engagement workflows • Experience supporting or delivering implementations for major pharmaceutical companies • Familiarity with the agentic enterprise model and AI agents in life sciences commercial and clinical operations • Ability to collaborate and work as a team player • Clear, concise, and purposeful written and verbal communication • Ability to explain expertise clearly and confidently and influence C-Level audiences
