📋 Description

• Advise clients on data strategy, roadmaps, capabilities and use-case alignment, organization and operating models, adoption strategies, and AI readiness • Support professional services and license sales teams in client engagements • Lead workshops and discovery sessions supporting sales processes and scoping • Perform senior-level billable professional service engagements, including PSU outcome-specific work and Resident Advisor programs • Shape data quality programs, data strategies, process analyses, and optimization initiatives • Serve as an Informatica Journey leader for MDM, Data Governance, Data Integration, and related areas • Host monthly office hours with guest speakers and Q&A sessions • Engage with Informatica product development teams and support quarterly business review motions • Collaborate with the Informatica Community of Practice team • Advance knowledge of Informatica, Salesforce ecosystem products, and AI platforms • Build repeatable AI-enabled agents and processes to improve delivery efficiency • Mentor and coach team members • Build new offerings and optimize the PSU catalog • Collaborate with Salesforce Professional Services colleagues on cross-team capabilities and engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years experience in the data management space • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills leading group workshops or presenting to larger audiences • Strong interviewing, analytical and curiosity skills • Knowledge of MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality and their value to client data ecosystems • Prior leadership roles on the business or technical side or both • Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent priorities and client engagements • Autodidactic mindset and willingness to continuously learn • Working knowledge of modern data architecture • Preferred: Senior leadership experience in data management, including leading COEs, data teams, development groups, or AI/ML groups • Preferred: Strong knowledge of AI capabilities and experience building reusable AI agents/accelerators • Preferred: Experience in healthcare and life sciences • Preferred: Knowledge of Salesforce capabilities/platforms such as Tableau, Data360, Salesforce, and Mulesoft • Preferred: Ability to understand data diagrams (ERDs) and conceptual architectures
