📋 Description

• Own end-to-end learning program lifecycles, including planning, development, delivery, and assessment • Design and facilitate enablement workshops and learning solutions for employees at all levels • Partner with People Business Partners to identify talent gaps and build business-aligned solutions • Build and run manager and leadership development programs • Create consistent onboarding and new-hire enablement experiences • Build playbooks, training, and job aids for the People team • Help architect a cohesive learning system and employee learning journey • Experiment with and implement AI-powered tools for workflow automation and curriculum personalization • Develop strategies addressing performance gaps with objectives, development plans, and accountability measures • Own the LMS and content library, including administration, scheduling, and production coordination • Analyze program data, completion, and impact to inform learning strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of combined experience in learning and development, enablement, organizational development, HR, or a related field, ideally in a technology-driven environment • Proven ability to lead engaging enablement workshops across live, in-person, and remote formats • Experience designing and delivering manager development and onboarding programs • Ability to experiment with emerging learning technologies and creative modalities while applying adult learning principles • Ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders • Experience leveraging AI to automate workflows, analyze insights, or create curriculum • Aptitude for maintaining learning technology systems • Strong business acumen and systems thinking • Strong project management skills and ability to independently manage programs from concept to delivery • Track record of delivering programs and learning assets on deadline • Effective communication skills to present findings and influence diverse audiences • Strong foundation in instructional design methodologies and frameworks • Experience developing structured curriculum and learning objectives across diverse subject matters • Experience measuring program impact and reporting results to leaders
