📋 Description

• Support the continued enhancement and operations of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal • Develop new technology and functionality for CRM systems • Implement required user stories in collaboration with functional, testing, and development teams • Provide feedback on acceptance criteria and testing quality • Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members • Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence • Provide support to the Operations/Production Support Team for troubleshooting and problem solving

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s with 12+ years (or commensurate experience) • 5 years of experience in Power Platform and Portals • Experience leading implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other modern functionality and modules within Dynamics • Experience with Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging • Experience with Call Center and IVR is required • Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and FetchXML • Experience supporting SDLC documentation such as Design Documents and Implementation Plans and deployments • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals • Ability to attain and maintain PBGC Public Trust clearance • Experience providing operations/production troubleshooting and problem solving support • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile Scrum environment • Preferred: Experience with Power BI, fillable PDF reports, and RDL reports • Preferred: GitHub and deployment pipelines experience • Preferred: Certification in Azure Developer, Azure DevOps, Azure Architect, or similar
