📋 Description

• Provide innovative, scalable solutions to meet Data Center hiring objectives • Design customized recruiting plans and build relationships with operating teams and Data Center client groups • Create sourcing strategies and ensure a high-touch candidate experience • Facilitate and lead meetings, key initiatives, and projects with operations teams and client groups • Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to recruiting team members as the role matures • Establish and maintain relationships with management and cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, and HR • Compile and analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed • Drive international recruitment at scale through sourcing and the end-to-end interview process

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with technical and/or non-technical organizations • Experience working in both pipeline- and requisition-based environments • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong typing skills, 50+ words per minute • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
