📋 Description

• Advise and guide Samsara’s largest customers throughout onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal • Manage deployment of Samsara’s IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets • Own customer relationships and ensure successful solution deployment • Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology • Resolve obstacles with executives and day-to-day software users across numerous use cases • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product • Help customers improve the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural values

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred • Experience supporting or working with technical products • Strong problem-solving and project-management skills • Experience with end-to-end system implementations • Excellent consultative skills • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, senior Product and Engineering management, and software users • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time • Ability to work legally at Samsara and in the specified work location • Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS preferred • Ability to think big and maintain high standards preferred
