📋 Description

• Help Enterprise customers deploy and adopt Samsara’s IoT solutions for their assets • Own customer relationships and ensure successful solution deployments • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product • Help public-sector customers—including state, city, and local governments and K12 education—operate more efficiently and safely • Ensure customers improve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability using Samsara’s IoT platform • Manage technology deployments for large-scale customers and accelerate time to value • Create launch plans and product-usage roadmaps • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology to executives and day-to-day users • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel • Mentor Customer Success and Support teams • Explain Samsara platform capabilities to diverse customers • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred • Experience supporting or working with technical products • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence • Strong problem-solving skills • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users • Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Experience serving and supporting large-scale solutions for Public Sector organizations preferred as an ideal qualification • PMP certification preferred as an ideal qualification
