📋 Description

• Advise and guide strategic customers throughout onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal • Manage deployment of Samsara IoT technology for large-scale enterprise customers • Own customer relationships and ensure successful solution deployment and adoption • Create launch plans and product-usage roadmaps • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology to executives and day-to-day users • Resolve implementation challenges across numerous use cases • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product • Mentor Customer Success and Support teams • Develop deep knowledge of the Samsara platform and explain its capabilities to customers • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role; enterprise SaaS experience preferred • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence • Experience supporting or working with technical products • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills • Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users • Initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Candidates must reside in the US except the NYC Metro Area • Candidates must be from the CST or EST time zones and work local time zone hours • May require travel to customer sites up to 10% of the time, including overnight stays
