📋 Description

• Lead and support Account Executives II focused on mid-sized private-sector organizations • Coach approximately 8 account executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews to achieve quarterly targets • Hire new account executives and provide onboarding and ongoing coaching • Work cross-functionally to solve problems strategically and project manage • Create content for ongoing training and development • Support account executives through professional development plans • Provide clear and tactical feedback to account executives • Further team and commercial-organization culture with high emotional intelligence • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of proven leadership performance • Strong track record of overachievement with experience coaching a team on outbounding • Understanding of complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers, multiple products, and extended time-frames • Excellent communication skills and comfort with public speaking • Strong interpersonal and team management skills • Self-starter and adaptable to change • Continued growth mindset to learn a unique industry • Proven proficiency in data-driven decision making • Demonstrated ability to provide upwards feedback to upper management • Ability to analyze and accurately forecast existing pipeline • Comfort working with cross-functional teams • Proficiency with SFDC, SalesLoft, and Gong • Must live in the US Pacific or Mountain Time Zone • Legal right to work at Samsara and in the specified work location
